The Season of Follow Through

I asked God for more. Now He’s teaching me how to steward what I already have.

I’ve spent a lot of time asking God for more.

More stability.
More opportunities.
More provision.
More growth.
More clarity.

But I’m realizing there comes a point when the prayer has to change.

Because what happens when God starts answering?

What happens when the things you’ve been praying about start moving? When doors start opening? When provision starts showing up? When the vision starts becoming something you can actually touch?

You have to follow through.

And that’s where I am.

This isn’t the season for me to keep asking God to give me something new while I’m halfway tending to what He’s already placed in my hands.

This is the season of stewardship.

If God provides the money, I need to be intentional with the money.

If He gives me an idea, I need to stop collecting ideas and start completing them.

If He gives me an opportunity, I need to show up prepared.

If He gives me a business, I have to build it.

If He gives me something to write, I need to write it.

If He gives me instructions, eventually I have to stop asking for another confirmation and do what He already told me to do.

And that’s been sitting heavy on my heart:

Follow through.

Because sometimes we’re praying for the harvest while neglecting the field God already gave us.

And stewardship isn’t always glamorous.

Sometimes stewardship looks like budgeting.

Sometimes it looks like finishing paperwork.

Sometimes it looks like getting up when you don’t feel like it.

Sometimes it looks like going back and finishing the little thing you left at 90% because another idea excited you more.

Sometimes stewardship is simply saying:

God, I appreciate what You gave me enough to take care of it.

And what’s crazy is—I already wrote myself this message.

Follow Through

Despite the negative thoughts that are trying to hold you.
Follow through.

Keep track of those goals God showed you.
Follow through.

Because letting go now is easier
Since we have better to look forward to.
Follow through.

God already showed you He got you.
No weapon formed against you will touch you.
So, follow through.

All the tools God gave you,
Now it’s time to repay Him.
So, follow through.

Blessed is those who hear the Word of God and put it into practice.
Follow through. No excuses.

God got you.

Follow through!!!
